• Application governance and strategy: rationalization, ownership models, lifecycle planning, and value alignment.


• Global centralization of tools, platforms, and processes to improve efficiency and reduce redundancy.


• Technology debt remediation initiatives: modernization, decommissioning, consolidation, and simplification of legacy systems.


• Development and deployment of digital strategies aligned with AI-readiness and emerging technology trends.




• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.


• Drive alignment among IT, business, data, and security teams to ensure project outcomes support enterprise objectives.


• Monitor project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to maintain momentum and avoid delivery delays.


• Create and deliver clear, compelling communication materials for executive-level updates, steering committees, and stakeholder briefings.

• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and change management skills.


• Strong working knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
