A professional firm based in Barcelona, leader in providing innovative multimedia middleware solutions and services, is seeking an Innovation Project Manager to join its team.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic management
Identify private and public funding opportunities for projects within the company to meet the funding quotas.
Identify and generate business opportunities and partnerships through dialogue with companies and public institutions such as universities or research and technology organisations.
Tactical management
Lead the Innovation Committee
Collaborate with the members of the Product team to ensure funded projects are executed correctly.
Operational management
Innovation Committee: Lead the Innovation Committee meetings; Manage the Innovation Workflow; Coordinate the Innovation Days events.
Prospection: Prospect and select the private and public financing mechanisms according to the company's needs; Prospect companies at the regional, national, and European levels to identify those with the greatest potential for transferring technologies; Qualify and filter grants based on their alignment in terms of funding needs, IPR, and legal requirements, among other criteria.
Project Management: Manage the complete pipeline of opportunities in a transparent and traceable way for other teams in the company; Drive and manage end-to-end funded projects; Prepare and submit project proposals and contracts; Keep track of the project evolution to ensure it meets the requirements, milestones are achieved, and deliveries are timely and of high quality; Manage closing of projects.
External Representation
External representation of the center in national and international business and innovation forums.
Attend meetings or demos to help achieve leads or opportunities.
Attend meetings with partners or clients of the Innovation projects in which the company participates.
Inter-team communication
Cooperation
Cooperation and alignment with the New Business and R+D+i business units regarding OKR actions or tasks.
Ensure projects are executed according to the funding requirements.

Number of hours per week: 40
Schedule: 9am-18pm
Annual gross salary: between 35.000 and 45.000€ depending on the experience

Requisitos mínimos
Requirements
Computer science degree, Telecommunications Systems degree or similar.
Previous experience in management of national and European grants.
Proven experience in market development positions in providing services in the field of R+D+i of digital technologies, especially valuing that such experience was linked to multimedia, computer vision, and AI.
Proven experience in technical/consulting sales to companies, especially valuing that such experience was linked to multimedia, computer vision, and AI.
Proven experience in the management of the complete bid cycle.
Proven experience working with multidisciplinary teams.
Languages (C1 as minimum): English; Spanish; Catalan
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence)
Demonstrated ability in business-to-business (B2B) sales
Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
Problem-solving skills to propose mutually beneficial solutions
Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software
Ability and willingness to travel for meetings with prospective and existing clients
