At AIRBNB, we are looking to hire an Executive Assistant with a presence in Barcelona.

* Support office related matters in Spain
* Support new Country Manager on XFN meetings
* Handle travel expenses and calendar management for CM
* With regulatory matters, more visits in Spain to handle internal and external stakeholders meetings (new).
* With the launch of experiences during the May launch, more visits will happen in the Spain office (new).

Experience in an executive assistant capacity in a fast-paced environment for large global companies (Minimum of 5 years of working experience)

* Highly developed organizational and time management skills with careful attention to detail
* Highly proficient technical skills (Google) and must be able to manage a fluid calendar invite with other admin
* Fluent Spanish/English
* Proficiency and experience in using macOS and Slack
* Highest degree of integrity, professionalism, diplomacy, and discretion required
* Capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently and meet tight deadlines
* Must demonstrate good judgment and decision-making capabilities
* Must be a self-starter with excellent prioritization skills
