As part of the Billing department, you will be supervising a team of 15+ people. Your main responsibilities will be to:

• Manage the team to ensure business continuity: workload optimization, recruiting, backfilling (holidays sick leave, etc.), retention, engagement & performance


• Manage the full invoicing cycle from invoice request to accurate bills


• Ensure revenue is recognized as per corporate rules


• Monitor closing activities


• Manage escalation with internal and external customers to support business processes


• Report on activity and performance to different stakeholders


• Drive continuous improvement for your market and in collaboration with the other managers


• Participate in broader company or department initiative

• Experience in a multinational environment

Primary Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar supervisory/managerial role with a team of more than 7 people


• Proven ability to implement Billing Best Practice in an international environment & cross different organizations/regions


• Good negotiation, communication, stakeholder management skills (spoken and written)


• Ability to work under pressure to attain company objectives


• Dynamic, organized with a methodical approach


• Customer focus


• Fluent and professional English is a must, any other European language is highly valued
