As part of the Billing department, you will be supervising a team of 15+ people. Your main responsibilities will be to:
Manage the team to ensure business continuity: workload optimization, recruiting, backfilling (holidays sick leave, etc.), retention, engagement & performance
Manage the full invoicing cycle from invoice request to accurate bills
Ensure revenue is recognized as per corporate rules
Monitor closing activities
Manage escalation with internal and external customers to support business processes
Report on activity and performance to different stakeholders
Drive continuous improvement for your market and in collaboration with the other managers
Participate in broader company or department initiative
Experience in a multinational environment

Requisitos mínimos
Primary Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar supervisory/managerial role with a team of more than 7 people
Proven ability to implement Billing Best Practice in an international environment & cross different organizations/regions
Good negotiation, communication, stakeholder management skills (spoken and written)
Ability to work under pressure to attain company objectives
Dynamic, organized with a methodical approach
Customer focus
Fluent and professional English is a must, any other European language is highly valued
