About the Role


What you'll be doing


As a valued member of the Routal team, you'll drive our expansion by managing the full sales cycle. You'll identify and secure new business opportunities, promoting our innovative SaaS platform that's transforming last-mile logistics.

What you'll be doing


  • Market Development: Build relationships with potential Worldwide clients through targeted outreach and engagement strategies.

  • Lead Qualification: Identify high-potential prospects and develop them into opportunities aligned with our value proposition.

  • Sales Management: Guide prospects through the sales journey from initial contact to signed contract with a personable, solutions-focused approach.

  • Client Success: Ensure smooth handoffs to our onboarding team and maintain relationships for potential expansions and referrals.

  • Industry Presence: Represent Routal at key events and networking opportunities to raise our profile and connect with decision-makers.

  • Market Intelligence: Keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends and competitive movements to help shape our strategy.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our product, marketing and operations teams to align efforts and create consistent customer experiences.


What success looks like


  • Meeting quarterly and annual sales targets

  • Growing our client base at a healthy pace

  • Increasing deal sizes while maintaining reasonable sales cycles

  • Building a strong pipeline that supports sustainable growth

  • Contributing valuable market insights that help shape our product roadmap



Requisitos mínimos

What you need


  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • Fluent English and Spanish communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability to hit sales targets

  • Strong organizational skills and self-motivation

  • Customer-focused approach to sales

  • Residence in Barcelona or nearby

  • Work visa in Spain


Nice to have


  • Experience with logistics technology or SaaS products

  • Startup experience

  • Additional European language skills

  • Network in logistics and transportation sectors

  • Experience with CRM systems
