Pharmaceutical Company focused on generic drugs.





  • Define and lead the company's global business development strategy, with a special focus on out-licensing agreements to expand into large, high-potential markets.

  • Identify and establish B2B partnerships with companies specializing in generic drugs, negotiating and executing licensing, co-development, and strategic alliance agreements.

  • Analyze business opportunities and potential partners to assess their alignment with the company's objectives and product portfolio.

  • Lead and develop a high-potential business development team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.

  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams (Regulatory, Legal, Finance, and R&D) to ensure successful deal structuring and execution.

  • Monitor and assess market trends to identify new growth opportunities and propose business strategies accordingly.

Requisitos mínimos

  • 10+ years of senior-level experience in business development within the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong focus on B2B agreements and out-licensing.

  • Proven leadership experience, including managing and developing high-potential teams.

  • Extensive network and portfolio of contacts in the generic drug sector.

  • Strong negotiation and deal-making skills, with a solid understanding of licensing models, co-development partnerships, and strategic alliances.

  • Track record of successfully expanding business into international markets through external partnerships.

  • Excellent strategic thinking and ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.

  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
