Define and lead the company's global business development strategy, with a special focus on out-licensing agreements to expand into large, high-potential markets.
Identify and establish B2B partnerships with companies specializing in generic drugs, negotiating and executing licensing, co-development, and strategic alliance agreements.
Analyze business opportunities and potential partners to assess their alignment with the company's objectives and product portfolio.
Lead and develop a high-potential business development team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams (Regulatory, Legal, Finance, and R&D) to ensure successful deal structuring and execution.
Monitor and assess market trends to identify new growth opportunities and propose business strategies accordingly.

Requisitos mínimos
10+ years of senior-level experience in business development within the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong focus on B2B agreements and out-licensing.
Proven leadership experience, including managing and developing high-potential teams.
Extensive network and portfolio of contacts in the generic drug sector.
Strong negotiation and deal-making skills, with a solid understanding of licensing models, co-development partnerships, and strategic alliances.
Track record of successfully expanding business into international markets through external partnerships.
Excellent strategic thinking and ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
