Mission:

Responsible for bank accounting, to comply with corporate and legal financial reporting requirements. Support the person in charge of the group's external audits.

Functions:

• He will be responsible for accounting and bank reconciliation (SAP system).


• Foreign exchange management with banks.


• Invoice accounting.


• Departmental documentation file.


• Support external group audits.


• Responsible for cash count.


• Support in monthly closings.


• Preparation and presentation of taxes.


• Travel expenses management.


• Teamwork with the finance department and group companies.


• Administrative support in legal issues for Corporate Services.

Educational background:

• Training related to the area of Administration and Finance. ADE or similar

Experience required:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position

Languages and level:

• English: intermediate


• Spanish: fluent

Tools:

• Excel


• Microsoft Office


• SAP o otros ERPs
