Leading international firm specialised in talent solutions and digital transformation, with a strong global presence




Reporting to the Global FP&A Director, the main responsibilities involve:


  • Delivery of timely information and insight to the Enterprise Solutions business and wider Group, supporting understanding of the business and aiding with growth of the strategic pillar and the Group.



  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders in Operations & Finance. Act as a trusted business partner for the Finance Director and ES Leadership in the area of FP&A.

  • Ensure monthly/quarterly management reporting is designed and delivered globally to support the leadership teams to understand business performance - via Power BI/Page Insights.

  • Produce analysis and insights on the operational performance that support the business achieve its goals and promotes discussion on driving future growth within the business.

  • Provide other key stakeholders with the necessary reporting and analysis, both forward and backward looking, to support both internal and external reporting requirements (e.g., Board, analysts, investors)

  • Produce cost analysis identifying opportunities for optimising costs

  • Define and implement relevant KPIs, using both internal and external data that supports the business goals

  • Lead & coordinate globally the budget and forecast process for Enterprise Solutions, working with the business to ensure accurate and timely submissions. Preparation of Business Plans.

  • Provide analysis of budgets and forecasts and how this aligns to the longer-term business goals

  • Support the preparation of ROI calculations and business cases as necessary

Requisitos mínimos

Successful candidate should have:


  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.

  • At least 7 years of experience in finance or FP&A, including several years in a leadership role in global teams

  • Strong proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SAP, Power BI, or similar).

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

  • English Language Knowledge

  • Proven track record in people management and leadership
