Reporting to the Global FP&A Director, the main responsibilities involve:
Delivery of timely information and insight to the Enterprise Solutions business and wider Group, supporting understanding of the business and aiding with growth of the strategic pillar and the Group.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders in Operations & Finance. Act as a trusted business partner for the Finance Director and ES Leadership in the area of FP&A.
Ensure monthly/quarterly management reporting is designed and delivered globally to support the leadership teams to understand business performance - via Power BI/Page Insights.
Produce analysis and insights on the operational performance that support the business achieve its goals and promotes discussion on driving future growth within the business.
Provide other key stakeholders with the necessary reporting and analysis, both forward and backward looking, to support both internal and external reporting requirements (e.g., Board, analysts, investors)
Produce cost analysis identifying opportunities for optimising costs
Define and implement relevant KPIs, using both internal and external data that supports the business goals
Lead & coordinate globally the budget and forecast process for Enterprise Solutions, working with the business to ensure accurate and timely submissions. Preparation of Business Plans.
Provide analysis of budgets and forecasts and how this aligns to the longer-term business goals
Support the preparation of ROI calculations and business cases as necessary

Requisitos mínimos
Successful candidate should have:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
At least 7 years of experience in finance or FP&A, including several years in a leadership role in global teams
Strong proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SAP, Power BI, or similar).
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
English Language Knowledge
Proven track record in people management and leadership
