Act as the go-to contact for each brand, translating marketing needs into actionable SFMC solutions.
Guide the migration of assets and data, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals.
Coordinate across teams to troubleshoot issues, validate outcomes, and refine platform configurations.
Deliver clear documentation and lead training sessions to support adoption and usage of SFMC.
Freelance contract with an initial duration of 1 year, plus potential extension.

Requisitos mínimos
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to listen actively and work across teams.
Solid experience in marketing automation, ideally with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including setup and customization.
Skilled in gathering business needs and translating them into clear, actionable specifications.
Familiar with testing processes, issue tracking, and validating platform performance.
Capable of creating user stories, technical documentation, and training materials.
Comfortable leading workshops and training sessions for non-technical users.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Experience with project tools and agile methodologies is a plus.
