We are looking for a Groups Agent to reinforce our team in Santa Susanna. As a Groups Agent you will be responsible for coordinating groups/events, as well as organizing and following up on events.
Responsabilities:
Plan and create tailor-made offers.
Create standard pricing tables for excursions and transfers.
Prepare and send detailed proposals and power point presentations to clients.
Negotiating prices with suppliers.
Securing and booking accommodation, transportation, venues, activities, etc.
Providing detailed and clear reports prior to the start of events, ensuring that everyone involved has the information they need.
Organization and implementation of tour groups, incentives, meetings and events.
Follow up events before, during and after with the client directly.
Contact with Travel Agencies, OTA’S, etc.
Requisitos mínimos
Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position.
Degree in Tourism or similar.
High English level (German would be a plus).
Highly valuable specific training in Event and Groups Management.
