Reporting to the CFO, your main responsibilities will be:
1. Financial Transparency and Reporting:
a. Develop and maintain financial reporting processes that provide clear visibility into financial performance.
b. Create and implement the vision for live reporting that enables real-time insights into financial data, enhancing decision-making across the organisation.
c. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal financial policies.
2. Process Improvement:
a. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in financial operations.
b. Lead the optimization and integration of ERP systems to streamline financial processes and reporting.
3. Data Analysis and Management:
a. Utilize data analytics to drive insights into financial performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
b. Oversee data governance to ensure accuracy, consistency, and security of financial data.
4. Budgeting and Forecasting:
a. Lead the forecasting processes, aligning financial goals with business strategies.
b. Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget and forecasts, providing actionable insights to senior management.
5. Team Leadership:
a. Build and lead a high-performing team of financial controllers and data analysts.
b. Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the finance department.

We are looking someone with a BA in Finance/Economics or similar, with a background working in controlling within manufacturing companies. A profile that come up with new solutions and ideas to solve challenges and to improve the status quo, that will build process maps, define and create reports to improve the organisation, implement insight-driven financial reporting and KPI system and suggest improvements within other company areas. By the other hand, will focus on the transparency level throughout the whole company, the accuracy of data across the various IT systems (ERP, BI, own created tools), being able to build and understand the complete flow of data throughout the company.
This person will work on the setup of steering-relevant KPI-system, deliver insights to improve the efficiency of the organisation and challenge the status quo throughout the organisation to improve efficiency.
