Working in one of the BU from a top FMCG company.
Reporting to the CFO of Spain, your main responsibilities will be:
Lead a strong country Sales Finance team to ensure effective controlling policies and practices and effective financial support to the business;
Establish appropriate understanding and awareness of financial performance indicators within the organization;
Supervises monthly closing. Balance sheet, financial statements, financial reports requested by the management team and the group;
Leads and coordinates customer planning process through the year;
Analysis of financial results: Analyze profitability per customer, pricing & ROI;
Define and design policies to improve business results;
Guarantee that guidelines, policies and procedures coming from Global are followed at local level.

We are looking someone with a Bachelor Degree in Finance/Economics or similar with at least 7 years of experience within finance, controlling or fp&a, being a partner of the Sales team from a finance perspective. In terms of soft skills, someone with the the ability to work autonomously and within a team from day one, focused on results, independent, collaborative, and responsible. A committed person, dynamic, decisive, organized, flexible, proactive, and multitasking, that is used to work under pressure. Open attitude, enthusiastic and with high motivation, together with an advanced level of both Spanish and English.
