• Learning and Development: coordinate training sessions, satisfaction surveys, vendor sourcing, etc.


• Health and Safety: liaise with External Prevention Service to coordinate health and safety matters.


• Employee lifecycle support


• Coordinate payroll (outsourced payroll, local providers across Europe)


• Staff recruitment


• Coordinate corporate events


• CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility)


• Labor relations, interpretation of collective agreements, application of disciplinary procedures (in collaboration with the legal team), etc.


• Participate in audits and inspections


• Management of compensation and bonuses

• Growth opportunities, involvement in strategy and decision-making, participation in international projects

• 2 days home office


• Location: Barcelona city center.


• 27 days off.

• Labor Relations degree or similar


• Solid knowledge in personnel administration and payroll management.


• Work experience in payroll advisory or external providers highly valued


• ESSENTIAL: 3 European languages, e.g., English + Spanish + French, English + Italian + Spanish, French + Italian + English
