Important airline retail solution company that provides retail and in-flight catering solutions to airlines in Barcelona.




The International Sales Manager In-Flight Retail Services- Barcelona will be responsible for:


  • Research and identify new business opportunities: including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services, or new ways of reaching existing markets.

  • Seek out the appropriate contact in prospective customers, leveraging your existing experience in Aviation.

  • Generate leads and cold call prospective customers.

  • Meet with customers/clients face-to-face or over the phone as required.

  • Foster and develop relationships with customers, clients, partners, and suppliers so that you can generate repeat business as well as find new opportunities.

  • Understand the needs of your customers and the requirements of the service delivery teams and be able to respond effectively with a commercial plan that meets these needs.

  • Setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business and reach new audiences.

  • Draw up client contracts.

  • Structure and formulate commercial proposals both for customers and internal approval, based on financial modelling, which is constantly evolving.

  • Have a good understanding of the businesses' products or services and be able to advise others about them.

  • Ensure staff are on board throughout the organisation. Leading cross functional teams when required.

  • Agree marketing strategy and activities with the Marketing manager.

  • Liaise with the finance team as appropriate.

  • Research and attend seminars, conferences and events to build your network.

  • Keep abreast of trends and changes in Aviation and in particular service on board.

Requisitos mínimos

The International Sales Manager In-Flight Retail Services- Barcelona requires:


  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a commercial team or in an international company that has given you significant exposure to the commercial team.

  • Open and collaborative way of working.

  • Leadership of cross-functional project teams.

  • Drive and skill set to use your influence to deliver results.

  • Flexibility to travel internationally when required.
