You will be part of an international company dedicated to technology recruitment consulting.

You will join the legal department, taking charge of all legal and compliance matters together with the Legal and Compliance Manager.




Your mission will be to ensure that business transactions, policies, and operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements, working closely with the sales and operations teams. You will provide support on transactional matters and participate in projects that foster efficiency and regulatory compliance.Reporting directly to the Legal and Compliance Manager, you will carry out the following responsibilities and functions:

Support in Transactions:



  • Assist in drafting, negotiating, and finalizing agreements with clients and contractors;

  • Review, sign, and file contracts, ensuring their accuracy and compliance with company policies;

  • Conduct compliance checks for contractors according to applicable regulations and company standards;

  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure clarity and alignment in terms and contractual obligations;

  • Assist in the preparation and submission of supplier questionnaires and bids for new or existing clients.




Corporate Assistance and Projects:



  • Contribute to updating and improving internal policies, standard contracts, and commercial terms;

  • Support the optimization of internal processes within the Legal Department by identifying opportunities to automate repetitive tasks;

  • Develop and maintain documentation to improve workflows and automated processes, ensuring consistency and ease of use;

  • Participate in the negotiation and formalization of agreements with general service and supply providers;

  • Conduct legal research and provide insights on regulatory developments relevant to the company's operations.




General Legal and Regulatory Compliance:



  • Ensure the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements in its operations;

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to mitigate legal risks and resolve compliance issues.




What are your benefits?


  • Fixed salary based on profile;

  • Free day on their birthday, a 100 euros per annum voucher for wellbeing, and another voucher on each work anniversary;

  • Permanent contract;

  • The regular schedule is 9.00 am to 17.30, Monday to Thursday, and 9.00 am to 15.00 on Fridays; there is flexibility to start 1 h later or earlier and finish accordingly, 1h before or after the standard end of business day,

  • Possibility of remote work up to 3 days per week;

  • Option to work from any international location for up to 5 weeks per year;

Requisitos mínimos

What will be valued in the role?


  • Degree in Law;

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar position (ideally both law firm and in-house experience, in any case a legal firm practitioner would he highly valued). Junior profiles with high motivation and the ability to learn quickly will also be considered;

  • Languages: English is required, and professional proficiency in at least two additional languages such as Spanish, French, Italian, or German will be valued.
