Mission:
Assist in managing and executing the raw material supply plan to ensure optimal service to our internal customers (mainly Planning, Production, and Quality Control).

Functions:

• Support the execution of purchase orders to suppliers to ensure stock availability at the production plant.


• Propose actions to establish the best possible supply plan to avoid stockouts and/or increase the efficiency of the supply plan.


• Support in maintaining procurement parameters and delivery times from suppliers for each assigned raw material.


• Work alongside Production and Quality to maximize inventory turnover according to the established supply plan.


• Pursue continuous improvement in procurement processes through the recording and maintenance of key KPIs.

Key knowledge:

• English: intermediate level


• Spanish: high/native


• No experience required


• Excel: High level


• Educational Background: Industrial Engineering, Technical Industrial Engineering, Organizational Engineering, Business Administration or Chemical Engineering. A Master's degree is valued.
