As an Account Representative, your mission is to provide exceptional customer satisfaction and to drive business growth by effectively communicating with clients, understanding their needs, promoting our products, issuing RFQ, providing product samples, among other tasks.


This is a Sales operational position focused on multi market Distribution partners and direct customers operating in various industrial markets.



ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Develop and follow-up of existing Distribution partners and customers.

  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction and Lead improvement actions.

  • Coordinate business support functions on supporting the development of accounts.

  • Be The owner and single point of contact for specified Accounts.

  • Perform Offers gathering all needed information with smart pricing and pricing tools.

  • Perform follow-up of Offers (chasing answer, feedback, identification of root cause if lost, …)

  • Lead C customer transfer activities in coordination with KAM.

  • Provide samples to final Customer.

  • Provide technical and portfolio support to customers and partners.

  • Look for equivalences; provide technical requests support.

  • Limited travel in Europe for customer visit or internal meeting.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED


  • Engineering degree or Business Administration degree. Technical background or education is a plus.

  • 1 to 2 years’ experience in a similar position at international and multisite level within distribution & industrial market

SKILLS REQUIRED


  • Dynamic, self-driven professional, motivated, and well organized

  • Strong Sales Skills in a complex environment with long sales processes

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. Empathic.

  • Entrepreneurial spirit, diplomatic negotiator, have a strategic vision,

  • Understand easily technical requirements and concepts.

LANGUAGES REQUIREMENT


- Fluent in English


WE OFFER:


  • 28.000K - 29.000K

  • 3 days homeoffice week

  • 8:00/8:30 AM – 4:30 PM Monday - Thursday - Friday 8.00h 14.00h
