Mission:

You will join the Finance team for the global implementation of SAP4HANA, focusing on the FI module. You will be key in gathering requirements, data extraction, and implementation, as well as training the subsidiaries. Additionally, you will support the department head with closing tasks and follow-up on local and group audits.

Responsibilities:

SAP

• You will be part of the SAP4HANA rollout team, responsible for gathering and standardizing local requirements across our subsidiaries, ensuring proper configuration of the FI module. You will handle data extraction, loading, and verification, ensuring a smooth system startup.


• You will train and support subsidiaries on-site during the implementation of the new system and will be responsible for developing and ensuring the quality of procedure manuals.

Accounting

• You will review the monthly and annual closings of assigned subsidiaries, providing support with accounting issues and assisting with various tasks in the central department, such as postings, closing entries, and account reviews.

Audits

• You will coordinate and validate audits for various group subsidiaries.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics or Finance.


• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position (accounting with SAP, tax preparation and filing).


• Previous experience with SAP FI and SAP FI rollout.


• English: minimum C1 level.


• Availability to travel 3 times a year / approximately 2 weeks per trip.
