Our client is a global organization with a strong presence in shared services and digital transformation. The team is international, collaborative, and focused on delivering high-impact solutions in the HR technology space.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and document manual test cases based on functional and technical specifications.


• Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and project managers to ensure test coverage and alignment with project goals.


• Use Jira to manage test plans, track defects, and report testing progress.


• Validate system functionality across SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Onboarding, Time Off, Compensation) or similar HCM platforms.


• Identify, document, and follow up on bugs and inconsistencies, ensuring timely resolution.


• Participate in UAT support, regression testing, and release validation activities.


• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and documentation standards.


• Communicate effectively in English with international stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

• A full-time freelance contract for 6 months, with strong potential for extension up to 1 year.

What we're looking for:

• 3-5 years of experience in manual testing.


• Proficiency with Jira for test management and reporting.


• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Onboarding, Time Off, Compensation) is highly preferred.


• Candidates with experience in other HCM platforms such as SAP HCM, Workday, or similar are also welcome.


• Fluent English (spoken and written) is essential for working with international teams.
