Multinational Pharmaceutical Company





  • To manage the brand(s) strategy to maximise short- & long-term sales and profitability

  • To develop, lead and execute marketing plans - including media strategy - for assigned brand(s) and manage the effective deployment of the marketing budget

  • To design and deliver distinctive communications throughout our consumer funnel, so that we deliver brand growth.

  • To initiate and manage market research projects to deliver powerful consumer and customer insights as the basis for long term brand growth

  • In close co-operation with the Sales and Customer Trade. Identify trade needs/opportunities, developing loyalty strategies and consumer promotions for assigned brands

  • To Lead product development plan: from ideation process, Concept testing and Product development in collaboration with innovation project manager

  • To effectively work with and influence key stakeholders as Finance, Sales, Trade and supply team

  • Full P&L accountability

Requisitos mínimos

  • 6-8 years experience in OTC / pharmaceutical industry / FMCG

  • Preferably experienced in working with OTC products / understanding the complex and changing regulatory environments (nice to have)

  • Outstanding Marketing skills and brand building expertise

  • Demonstrated agility in managing a brand amidst competitive and complex environments.

  • Brand builder: understands key drivers of brand success and drives improvements. Good balance between strategic thinking and execution understanding

  • Leadership qualities in impacting, contributing and challenging business strategy

  • Insightful grasp of consumer behaviour and market trends.

  • Excellent communication skills, adept at nurturing relationships and managing stakeholders with ease.

  • Team player & Collaborator: works effectively with several departments and countries.

  • Strong analytical and strategical thinking skills.

  • Entrepreneur, agile: spots strategic and tactical opportunities, implements with speed. Can-do attitude.

  • Ability to meet deadlines, remain organized, adaptable, and autonomous, ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

  • Languages required: English high level and native Spanish.
