About the RoleAs a Manager in Global Talent Management, you will contribute to the adoption, and continuous improvement of our performance management, talent review, and succession planning practices. You will ensure these processes are executed with consistency, rigor, and strategic alignment across the organization. Operating at a global scale, you will bring expertise, structure, and insight to help shape a future-fit workforce through robust evaluation practices. This role includes vendor needs analysis and partnership with the platform owner, with a strong focus on enabling leaders to leverage tools and data effectively.



What You Will Do



  • Define the Performance Management Platform Needs: Provide global needs to platform owner for performance management, ensuring functionality, usability, and alignment with business needs.

  • Manage Relationships: Oversee the relationship with the platform owner, ensuring service quality, issue resolution, and roadmap alignment.

  • Drive Adoption and Continuous Improvement: Promote platform adoption across markets and functions, gather feedback, and lead enhancements to improve user experience and impact.

  • Support Performance Management Execution: Guide the execution of performance evaluation processes, ensuring consistency, fairness, and alignment with organizational standards.

  • Enable Talent Reviews: Facilitate talent review process within the platform, providing tools, frameworks, and guidance to assess potential, readiness, and retention risks.

  • Strengthen Succession Planning: Support the identification of critical roles and successors, enabling structured succession mapping and readiness evaluation within the platform.

  • Provide Advisory Support: Equip People and Culture team members with insights and frameworks to interpret talent data, prepare for review sessions, and make informed decisions.

  • Ensure Process Consistency: Monitor adherence to global talent processes and timelines, identifying opportunities for improvement and standardisation.

  • Leverage Tools and Data: Use talent systems and dashboards to track progress, surface insights, and support data-driven decision-making.

  • Promote Evaluation Excellence: Champion a culture of objective, transparent, and business-aligned talent evaluation across all levels.

Requisitos mínimos

What You Will Bring


  • Proven experience in performance management, talent reviews, or succession planning in a global and/or matrixed organization.

  • Experience defining technology requirements and understanding of vendor relationships.

  • Strong understanding of talent evaluation frameworks, potential assessment, and succession methodologies.

  • Ability to advise and influence leaders with credibility and clarity.

  • Analytical mindset with experience using talent data to inform decisions.

  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with a focus on enabling others.

  • Familiarity with talent technologies and platforms used for performance and succession planning.

  • High attention to detail and process discipline.

  • Collaborative spirit and ability to work across functions and geographies.
