  • Own and manage local, regional, or global website projects, working alongside the Regional Marketing Project Manager as needed. Ensure efficient, timely project delivery and maintain proactive, transparent communication with all stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with digital executives, local marketing teams, and external partners to plan, design, and build website pages through a CMS, ensuring adherence to design principles and best practices. Act as the subject matter expert for UI/UX and accessibility concerns.

  • Ensure compliance with accessibility standards, SEO best practices, and content management guidelines when creating and updating web pages.

  • Train and mentor digital and marketing teams on best practices, managing new websites and functionalities, and acting as a primary contact for technical and process-related inquiries.

  • Identify and present opportunities for improvement, conceptualizing innovative solutions to enhance website performance and user experience.

  • Test and implement new website functionalities, ensuring seamless integration and performance.

  • Proactively update and expand the website team's knowledge base, ensuring continuous improvement and adoption of new tools and processes.

  • Assist in post-launch quality assurance, verifying the success of improvements, bug fixes, and new features.




  • Experience in a multinational environment (+40 nationalities in the SSC)

Requisitos mínimos

  • Proficiency in HTML and CSS is required. While basic skills are essential, additional coding experience is highly valued. Should be able to navigate a webpage's code to make edits or develop simple elements from scratch.

  • Highly organized, with project management experience and the ability to balance multiple priorities.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English and fluency in an additional European language is an advantage.

  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high-quality execution across projects.

  • Team-oriented, Tech-savvy, curious, eager to learn and adopt new technologies.

  • Experience with a CMS (ideally Drupal) is a plus.

  • Asana is a plus.
