Manage effectively, cost efficient and profitable the daily commercial operation of promoting the company's products in Spain, and particularly refractory products and solutions.
Implement the commercial and technical business of the company in accordance with the agreed strategy and annual budget.
Handle the sales and delivery planning and the control of the stocks in the Spain.
Regular customer visits for commercial and technical targets to existing and prospective customers in the territory.
Shall be the driver for increase profitability via price and volumes.
Manage credit exposure to secure no bad debt, following the company Standard Payment term and reduce credit time when possible and assist Credit Management in chasing missing payments.
Work in compliance to quality standards and secure that sub-ordinates work accordingly.
Adapt and use IT tools as an integrated part of daily activity.
Report to Southern Europe Sales Manager on commercial matters.
Comply with the company´s Procedures and Quality Manual.

University Degree
Experience in refractory Solutions for industry is a must.
Sales oriented: Sales or Project Management background.
English: good English level.
