• Irudek, belonging to the stock listed multinational group Bunzl plc|Great opportunity to lead and develop a finance department

Irudek, located in San Sebastian with revenues c. 25m Eur and , integrated within the multinational group Bunzl (listed in the London stock exchange - FTSE 50 index) and leader in its sector.

Reporting both, to the General Manager of Irudek, and to the Finance Director Central Easter - Southern Europe & Middle East Area of Bunzl, his/her main responsibilities will be:

• Manage and supervise the accounting / finance team (3 legal entities: Spain, Italy and Brazil)


• Prepare the month-end accounting process on time and accurately.


• Prepare budget/forecast and ad-hoc reports with the required quality and timely delivery.


• Enhancement and delivery of robust financial control, including development and implementation of improvements in processes, procedures, and accountability. Ensure and develop internal control procedures and policies requested by the Group.


• Delivery of timely, accurate and robust monthly reporting.


• Perform integration of the Company into Bunzl Standards.


• IT Tools: create and develop financial tools to facilitate costs controlling and ensure the accuracy of the data.

• Fluent in English.


• Experience in Audit (Big Four) with minimum of 3 years plus 3 years more as Operational Finance Manager (multinational environment) or Finance Director in small / medium company. Also, will be a plus experience in an internal audit department of a multinational company.


• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams.


• Result & Business oriented.


• Strong knowledge/ Experience demonstrated in internal control.


• Advanced Excel skills.


• Financial software knowledge (SAP`, Navision…)


• Strong communication skills/ social skills.
