This agricultural company, located in Mollerusa, Spain, specializes in the production and distribution of high-quality agricultural products, including grains, fruits, and vegetables. The operations in Mollerusa focus on leveraging advanced technologies to enhance crop yield and quality, ensuring a reliable supply of fresh produce to both local and international markets.





  • Gather data from internal and external sources to build automatized and centralized dashboards and presentations for the stakeholders to enhance the knowledge and decision-making in real time.

  • Generate market assessments, competitive landscapes, and reports of the current Al Dahra's position in the market to identify potential opportunities, threats, and customer needs.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the company, including sales, marketing, and operations, to align the acquired market insights with strategic business objectives. And interact with customers, external industry experts and associations to gather insights and validate findings.

  • Support the development, in a tactical and strategic level, of marketing plans that support the company's sales targets with focus on cost optimization and ROI/ROAS.

  • Build the VoC (Voice of Customer) and NPS (Net Promoter Score) getting insights and full understanding on the company. Liaise with customers and external industry experts and associations to gather insights and validate findings.

Requisitos mínimos

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and present it in reports/dashboards with main KPI's.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task under pressure in a fast-paced deadline driven environment.

  • Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools.

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills including attention to detail, project management, handling multiple priorities, managing tight timelines.

  • Proficiency in software tools: Excel, Access, SQL, PowerBI, CRM, SharePoint, Photoshop.

  • Knowledge of web and graphic design for marketing campaigns, branding, website development, advertisements, proficiency in Adobe Suit and website platforms is a plus.

  • Proven experience developing digital marketing campaigns, SEO, and generating Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL)

  • Familiarization and quick adaptation to AI technologies to optimize the company (automatization, chatbots, intel gathering)
