The hiring company is a highly established entity in the environmental services sector, with offices worldwide and located in Oviedo (Asturias). They are renowned for their commitment to delivering top-tier service to their clients and fostering a supportive work environment for their employees.





  • Process invoices and credit notes received from suppliers, ensuring they are complete, accurate, and properly authorized

  • Record accounts payable transactions in the accounting system according to established procedures and timelines

  • Verify and reconcile accounts payable, including supplier reconciliations and tracking outstanding payments

  • Manage relationships with suppliers, responding to inquiries, clarifications, and information requests in an efficient manner

  • Prepare payments to suppliers according to the payment schedule and ensure deadlines are met

  • Prepare accounts payable reports and ensure proper expense classification in financial statements

  • Collaborate with the accounting team to prepare financial statements and assist with internal or external audits

  • Assist in managing cash flow related to payments and work on improving accounts payable processes

  • Perform other finance-related tasks as required







  • A salary package around 20.000/30.000€ per year + benefits

  • Temporary contract with the possibility of a permanent position thereafter

  • Flexible schedule and 2 days of home office per week

  • Offices located in Oviedo (Asturias)

Requisitos mínimos

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

  • Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations

  • At least one year of previous experience in similar positions

  • Fluent level of English

  • Ability with accounting software and Microsoft Office

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work in a team environment and autonomously

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

  • Availability to work in Oviedo
