??About the Role:
You will manage and supervise all technical and commercial aspects of the renewable assets in the portfolio from the development and construction phase and throughout the useful life of the projects. The main objective is to ensure that projects can be energized in compliance with the dates of the Royal Decree and anticipating as much as possible to maximize revenues. This person will be in charge of the infrastructures shared with other developers, coordinating all the necessary departments and third parties to meet the schedule.
??Responsibilities:
* Lead internal working groups to accelerate projects in the development stage.
* Control the schedule of projects in development and construction phase.
* Negotiation of EPC and service agreements for shared infrastructures with other promoters
* Weekly follow-up with the node managers and property engineering of the shared infrastructures to keep control of the works and all related issues.
* Internal and External Reporting (Client, investors, and lenders).
* Supervise the punch list of EPC contracts and pursue the execution of all outstanding items.
* Manage the permits for the commissioning of projects with REE, utilities and other entities.
* Participate in all Operation and Business weekly meetings to fully understand the project status, track main variation affecting the schedule.
* Supervision of of KPIs: Production, availability, radiation, PR, etc.
* Supporting the team to solve the most severe issues.
* Proactively identify, prioritize, and address opportunities to standardize processes.
Requisitos mínimos
??Requirements:
* Minimum 4 years of experience in similar roles.
* Excellent communication skills in English (C1) and Spanish (professional level).
* Experience in substations and wind project management is a plus.
* Team spirit, curiosity, and a hands-on, proactive approach.
