Key Responsibilities and Activities:

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

• Develop financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.


• Analyze revenue streams, pricing models, and cost structures to optimize profitability.


• Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations to senior management.


• Assist in scenario analysis for business growth and cost-saving initiatives.

Business Partnering & Commercial Support:

• Collaborate with Sales, Portfolio Directors and Operations teams to improve business performance.


• Provide financial insights for pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and service profitability.


• Support the evaluation of new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansions.


• Assist in developing KPIs and dashboards for tracking business performance.

Reporting & Compliance:

• Identify financial risks and opportunities and support decision-making processes.


• Contribute to process improvements and automation in reporting and analysis.

Cost Optimization & Revenue Enhancement:

• Monitor key cost drivers and recommend strategies to improve cost efficiency.


• Identify revenue growth opportunities through pricing analysis and customer segmentation.


• Support operational teams in improving service delivery efficiency and cost control.

Qualifications and Educational Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.


• Experience: 3+ years in financial analysis, commercial finance, or a similar role in the service industry.


• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and forecasting.


• Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights.


• Business Acumen: Understanding of service industry dynamics, pricing, and cost management.


• Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate financial concepts to business stakeholders.


• Tools: Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial planning tools (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
