Fashion retail company
Website management: Oversee the Spanish ecommerce site, including launching new campaigns, visual merchandising, promotions, SEO management and general maintenance on Shopify.
Product management: Assisting in creating, updating and optimising product listings including copy writing and loading images
Logistics and operations: Handle order and returns processing, address issues, and communicate with the warehouse and logistics providers.
Digital campaigns: Implement and monitor marketing and CRM campaigns designed by the London team, ensuring effective execution in the Spanish market.
Technical coordination: Collaborate with the IT team to support integrations between Shopify and ERP systems (preferably Odoo, though experience with other ERPs is also valued).
Analysis and optimization: Track ecommerce performance, prepare reports and suggest CRO and user experience improvements.
Customer service: Support customer service with order, returns and product questions.

Experience: 2-3 years of experience in ecommerce, ideally within the retail sector.
Proficiency in Shopify and, ideally, experience with Odoo or other ERP systems.
Technical understanding to support integrations and translate requirements between technical and non-technical teams.
Advanced English level (C1-C2), capable of working and communicating with international teams.
Highly organized, detail-oriented and proactive, with the ability to manage daily operations independently.
Skilled at multitasking across logistics, digital marketing, and technical operations.
Eager to learn and grow with the business.
