The Project!
As a Facilities Administration Intern you will have three key main roles: support and monitor preventive and reactive maintenance, assist in store closures and refitting and ensuring all our spaces for our PVH brands (SIS corners, offices and showrooms) are in pristine and up to date conditions.



What will the role entail?


  • Support the preventive and reactive maintenance of all the company’s properties (stores, offices, corners and showrooms) through GMAO system.

  • Oversee and support all aspects of facility maintenance, collaborating closely with suppliers and ensuring repairs, renovations, and safety inspections are up to date.

  • Support day to day vendor relationships and contracts to ensure quality service delivery.

  • Support project management for store closures and small refits, assisting in the budgeting, relocation, selection and disposal of the store elements.

  • Close collaboration with various departments to address facility-related needs and support business objectives.

Requisitos mínimos

What we're looking for:


  • Degree or Vocational Education and Training (VET) related to Finance, Administration, or alternatively, related to Architecture, Technology and Structural Design

  • Fluent Spanish and advanced English communication skills (written and spoken).

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  • Strong organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

  • A great disposition and will to learn and grow!
