The Project!

As a Facilities Maintenance Administration Intern, you will give support and monitor preventive and reactive maintenance, also refit work projects in stores, SIS corners, offices and showrooms for our PVH brands.

What will the role entail?

• Support the preventive and reactive maintenance of all the company’s properties (stores, offices, corners – El Corte Inglés – and showrooms) through GMAO system.


• Oversee and support all aspects of facility maintenance, including repairs, renovations, and safety inspections.


• Support vendor relationships and contracts to ensure quality service delivery.


• Support project management for store closures and small refits.


• Support in development and implement facility management policies and procedures to optimize efficiency.


• Collaborate with various departments to address facility-related needs and support business objectives.

What we're looking for:

• Degree in Architectural Design, Draftmanship, Engineering or similar


• Fluent Spanish and advanced English communication skills (written and spoken).


• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.


• Strong organizational skills.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.


• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
