Descripción del empleo
  • 5 years of experience in similar positions. Very high English level is a must.|Big 4 and/or Investor Relations previous experience will be very consider.

  • Plan, coordinate and prepare periodic presentations & reportings in accordance with internal reporting deadlines, ensuring accurate, useful and insightful analysis and interpretation of P&L and KPI variances.

  • Efficiently coordinate monthly management reporting providing the necessary insight to go beyond the numbers .

  • Ensure completion of additional supporting analysis as required, to satisfy ad-hoc reporting requirements.

  • Work closely with finance departments & business teams to ensure KPI and data is accurate and consistent and to provide the relevant explanations.

  • Work closely with the Finance/IT teams to evaluate how systems can be developed to facilitate an efficient reporting process.

  • Provide support in the annual budgeting and forecasting process, in accordance with internal deadlines.

  • Ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the assumptions, underlying the budgets, forecasts and other projections, including key data assumptions and performance indicators, such as student enrolments, employees, fee increases, fee discounts, inflation, capital investments etc.

  • Ad hoc tasks and responsibilities, as required by the role.

Requisitos mínimos

  • Business Administration or/and Finance qualifications.

  • 5 years+ of Financial Reporting experience and Investors relation in a multinational environment; Previous experience in big 4 would be an advantage.

  • Previous experience in the education sector would be an advantage.

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English, preferably native English speaker

  • Presentation skills and excellent knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Power BI.

  • Ability to build good working relationships and teamwork with all members and levels of the organization.

  • A methodical, highly organized approach to the execution of assigned tasks and responsibilities.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Attention to detail, strong writing, interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Positive, proactive, passionate, personable, results orientated, ambitious professional, who is keen to progress within a global organization.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with maturity and discretion.
