• Manage the entire Talent Acquisition process (interviews, offer letters, comms to vendor., exit interviews…)


• Administration of recruitment process tool


• Manage and ensure the Talent Cycle the process of employees (Goals, IDPs, Appraissals…)


• Manage and execute Climate & Engagement surveys to RSC and FZs


• Support the function on Compensation & Benefits tasks, Development programs, Training opportunities and Culture programs


• Support the CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) events


• Working closely with the P&C team to ensure that all processes are right.

Salary 30.000€

Maternity leave contract (8 months aprox)

Two days working from home. Offices in Bambu

English classes

• Degree and/or Master in HR, Labor Relations


• +2 years of experience in HR Department, ideally performing generalist role.


• Flexible and accurate.


• Good HR background


• Customer-friendly, helpful, representative and organized.


• You have a feeling for HR and are solution oriented.

• You are good in setting priorities
