Our client is a leading automobile manufacturer.

You will work closely with the HR department in the European HQ's to build a strong HR foundation that supports the company's growth and success. You will report to the HR manager.

Continuous work for the HR business partner will be to help the organisation/customer to align the people strategy with the business strategy. The HR business partner works directly with the management of the organisation to develop and direct an HR agenda that closely supports organisational goals.

• Collaborate with business leaders to understand their objectives and challenges and provide HR guidance and support to achieve business goals and provide a strategic partnership.


• Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on a wide range of HR issues.


• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance measures.


• Support with planning of workforce, career development and succession according to company strategy.


• Lead the recruitment process. Work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and attract top talent. Provide guidance on job descriptions, candidate evaluation, and selection processes.


• Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to integrate new hires smoothly.


• Partner with managers to support in the development and implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans.


• Ensure that compensation and benefits programs are compliant with legal requirements and market trends, and regularly review and update compensation policies to maintain competitiveness.


• Together with management and HR Manager (Sweden) decide on prerequisites for salary review and bonus structure


• Manage the process involving managers and employees.


• Be updated on relevant employment laws and regulations and ensure organisational compliance. Provide guidance on legal requirements.


• Support organisational change initiatives by providing change management expertise, communication strategies, and employee engagement plans.

Joining the project in March 2025 in a constantly evolving sector.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.


• Extensive experience in HR, with a strong background in both strategic and operational HR.


• Proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies and processes in start-up or high-growth environments.


• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.


• Proven ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and drive results.


• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
