Your main responsibilities will be:

• Proactive search and origination of investment opportunities in companies.


• Analysis, modelling and valuation of investment opportunities.


• Generate conclusions and recommendations based on the analysis of investment opportunities.


• Manage the deal-flow and pipeline, executing the entire investment process autonomously.


• Preparation and presentation of reporting opportunities requested by the investment committee.


• Management of the portfolio of invested companies, preparing reports for the fund's investors.


• Collaborate in other analytical tasks that are part of the investment cycle.


• Participate in events related to the company's activity.

• 1-3 years of professional experience in PE, M&A, Corporate finance or investment banking.


• Capability to work efficiently under pressure.


• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint


• Excellent communication skills.


• Demonstrated ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.


• Advanced level of English (C1)


• Skills in the creation of financial models using different valuation techniques.
