Create, lead and manage the sales team in Spain.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending several workshops.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profits.
Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs.
Collaborate with team to achieve quotas.

Requisitos mínimos
A successful Sales Manager should have:
A degree in Business Administration, Sales, Law or relevant field.
More than 10 years of experience as a Sales Manager and managing people.
Open-minded profile, flexible, proactive and with international background (about studies and/or professional experience)
Strong understanding of sales performance metrics.
Excellent negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude.
Ability to travel, lead and inspire team members.
Familiarity with CRM software and MS Excel.
Proficiency in English and Spanish, German is a plus.
