VISIOTECH is a wholesale company based in Madrid, dedicated to the sourcing, development, and distribution of video surveillance, electronic security, and connectivity equipment and solutions throughout Europe and North African countries. To support the strong business growth in recent years, we are looking to hire a new team member to provide support to our customers, as a technical support specialist responsible for resolving product-related incidents.
The selected candidate will report directly to the Technical Support Manager, becoming part of the technical team and focused on serving professional clients. The position will be based in Madrid, and the main responsibilities will include:
* Providing technical assistance and support to customers via phone, email, or other platforms
* Resolving technical issues related to various security systems in our product catalog.
* Developing a deep understanding of the product range, including technical specifications and references.
* Supporting the commercial team in maintaining and managing client portfolios from a technical standpoint.
* Assisting the repairs department with the management and resolution of RMAs.
* Supporting the development and creation of manuals, promotional and/or instructional videos, etc.

Requisitos mínimos
We are looking for a technically minded, problem-solving, responsible, and organized person, with a strong learning capacity and the ability to work well in a team. The ideal candidate should meet several of the following requirements:
* Native or fluent Dutch, with a good level of English (spoken and written).
* Experience in technical support or helpdesk roles.
* Previous experience in customer service or after-sales support.
* Strong communication skills and high user orientation.
* Ability to resolve technical issues remotely.
* Knowledge in electronic equipment or networks configuration is a plus.
* Previous experience in the security or installation sector is highly valued.
* Good command of office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
