Working closely with the Development Director and appointed consultants on the projects, you will be
responsible for managing the development and construction processs, representing the Client with the
main contractors and professional team. The role will continue to evolve over time as the business
grows and develops, you will need to be able to adapt to these dynamics.Provide technical support to the Development Director:
* Feasibility studies and initial technical due diligence
* Review of technical data and input to the Investment Team
Manage and monitor the delivery of construction projects:
* Reporting on programme, budget and quality
* Maintain ongoing relationships with contractors and professional teams
* Liaison with the operational team
Weekly site visits to control delegated development and technical teams, showing clear technical leadership
Oversee completion works and defect list amendments
Manage the handover process, including completion documentation and O&M manuals
Coordinate and support FF&E works
Upgrade and structure development documentation
