Creative Leadership:
Set the creative direction and develop a consistent visual identity that strengthens all group brands.
Collaborate with Marketing Managers to ensure that visual communication on all markets support business goals and marketing & brand strategies
Strategic and Operational Responsibility:
Drive development and implementation of creative marketing solutions globally.
Contribute to the development of the group's brands and ensure consistent visual identity across all markets.
Take ownership of group brand's global visual communication, including brand book and design strategy.
Creative Team & Collaboration:
Ensure that the group's creative work is of high quality.
Serve as an advisor to graphic designers in all markets to ensure effective global marketing initiatives.
Take an active part in and contribute to innovative concept development as part of the group's development team, with a relevant focus on the area of expertise.
Conceptualisation & Production:
Work hands-on to create and develop concepts, design, photography, video, and graphic elements that reflect the brand's identity.
Ensure that the group's various brand books and other internal guides on graphic & communication are up to date, as well as completing other concept guides on request.
Lead photo and video productions from concept to delivery.

Requisitos mínimos
Higher education in graphic design, art direction, or a related field.
At least 7 years of experience as an art director in marketing, agency, or consulting environments.
Expert-level skills in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator; knowledge of After
