Are you passionate about customer service and native in German? This is your chance to shine in the hospitality industry! We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic call center agents to join the customer service team of a renowned company in Málaga. As part of the team, you will be the voice of the company, providing an exceptional experience to every customer who reaches out. This role is in-person, allowing you to be part of a vibrant and energetic work environment.

Your main responsibility will be handling incoming calls from German-speaking customers, addressing their inquiries, managing their requests, and ensuring that every interaction is memorable. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your sales skills, as part of your role will involve identifying sales opportunities and promoting the companys services. If you have sales experience and a commercial profile, we are looking for you!

Requisitos mínimos
To succeed in this exciting role, it is essential that you have a native level of German. Previous experience in customer service is highly valued, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. A commercial profile and sales experience will be a plus, as they will allow you to maximize business opportunities.
Additionally, we are looking for individuals with excellent communication skills, capable of empathizing with customers and offering effective solutions. The ability to work independently as well as part of a team is fundamental, as it will allow you to collaborate with your colleagues to provide excellent service. The company seeks proactive individuals with a positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow within the hospitality industry.
