Descripción del empleo
  • Experience in an international business development - pharmaceutical industry.|Licensing process and contracts negotiation.

CRO with headquarters in Pamplona.





  • Prospect, identify and evaluate new business opportunities with new and existing customers within its sales areas (Spain, Middle East, Asia, Australia, Canada and Latam, among others).

  • Conduct in-depth market research within its sales areas.

  • Identify customer needs, respond to inquiries and propose creative solutions or business models in a timely manner.

  • Develop, implement and meet the annual sales objectives to expand the business activities within its sales area. Establish and manage a pipeline of opportunities in order to achieve license targets.

  • Manage the full sales licensing process in its sales area from lead identification to offers & contracts negotiation (confidential agreements and licensing & supply contracts, among others), with accurate follow-up in the internal systems.

  • Key Account relationship management: Building and maintaining key relationships with strategic customers. Coordinate and solve problems of its assigned key accounts within all departments.

  • Participate in industry events, trade shows and business trips.

  • Provide regular reports on progress and opportunities to Business Development Director.

  • Support on any other activities required in the Business Development Department.




  • Permanent contract.

  • Salary: fix + bonus.




Requisitos mínimos

  • At least 3+ years of successful experience in business development within a pharmaceutical industry, ideally in a B2B service-oriented industry.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Proactive, goal-oriented approach with a high level of self-motivation.

  • Driven approach towards decision making.

  • Ability to work independently and within a team is a must.

  • Good organizational skills and problem solving.

  • Fluency in English (advanced) is required - * international environment.

  • Willingness to travel - quarterly.
