What You’ll Be Doing:
Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
Resolve customer issues and complaints within set timeframes
Troubleshoot technical and account-related problems efficiently
Escalate complex cases to the relevant department as needed
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper resolution
Keep detailed and accurate documentation of each interaction
Categorize issues and highlight potential bugs for technical review
What You Bring:
? Fluent German speaker with excellent written and verbal communication
Comfortable speaking in English (B2 level) for internal communication
Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for simplifying tech talk
Resourceful and calm under pressure, even in high-demand situations
Ability to manage tight deadlines with minimal supervision
