What You’ll Be Doing:
Interact with customers via phone, email, live chat & social media
Provide clear, accurate information and support

Document cases and manage your support ticket queue
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams
Collaborate with internal departments for timely resolutions
Share feedback to enhance customer experience
What We’re Looking For:
Native/fluent Italian (C2) & solid English skills (B2+)
? Strong communication abilities across channels
Previous experience in customer service is a plus
Fast learner with tech adaptability
? Able to troubleshoot basic technical issues
Detail-oriented and highly organized
