• At least 5 years of experience with fertilizers and fungicides.

The client is an international company specialized in developing innovative and sustainable solutions for the postharvest treatment of fruits, with a strong focus on the citrus industry.

Market development manager is responsible for introduction and development of sales of innovative material presenting sustainable alternative to chemical fungicides in citrus throughout:

• Building trusted relations with citrus producers/retailers/ packaging houses.


• Technical tests/homologation of the material.


• Product sales. Direct and via distributors.


• Participating in the professional events.

Ideal candidate should:

• Have at least 7 years of experience in postharvest treatment of citrus fruits, both technical and commercial;


• Be proficient in the newest citrus postharvest technologies;


• Be familiar with key players of citrus postharvest market, including packing houses, postharvest companies, suppliers of chemicals (fungicides and waxes) and equipment, retailers;


• Know trends in citrus postharvest, including sustainable alternatives to traditional solutions.
