What You’ll Be Doing
Handle inbound calls to support customer inquiries
? Guide clients through post-booking and booking management
Assist travel agents and ensure smooth booking processes
Recommend and sell travel products tailored to customer needs
Provide accurate information on destinations, documentation, pricing, and more
Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to enhance service
What We’re Looking For
? Native/Fluent in Dutch (C2) and fluent in English (B2+)
Experience in customer service or sales, ideally in travel or hospitality
Excellent phone manner and communication skills
Problem-solver with strong attention to detail
Customer-focused mindset and multitasking ability
Familiarity with travel/booking systems is a plus
Willingness to work rotating shifts (Mon–Fri 08:00–18:00, Sat–Sun 08:00–17:00)
