· Responsible to determine the Sales strategy for each customer in line with company products objectives.
o Yearly update and realization of the sales budget for the assigned accounts.
o Yearly defining a key account plan for dedicated accounts.
o Development of an operational plan each trimester(/semester).
· Responsible to determine, negotiate and finalize Sales contracts.
o Privileged contact in relation to the DMU (decision making unit) of the client.
o Organize visits with accounts and prospects: organize NPD workshops, assist to quality audits, participate and visit exhibitions, management of the contacts with the customer.
o Manage offers, tenders.
o Mandated in day to day and long term operational negotiations for small (and larger) accounts.
· Responsible to detect specific customer needs and opportunities:
o Regularly visit the client and positioning of the client in the market in comparison to other clients and the market.
o Search for information about specific needs, strategy and priority of the customer (long term- short term).
o Inform Product Manager and Marketing & Category Department about needs and strategy of the customer.
o Know the customer organization, networking and introduce Company contacts with client contacts, e.g. marketing & category department of both side.
o Facilitate adjustment of Company product portfolio and category management to the specific needs of each client in order to maximize sales growth.
· Implement category management & plan systematical screening.
o Actively introduce NPD in line with defined NPD priorities and client demands in collaboration with the Product manager and Marketing and Category Management.
o Give feedback on how current product, concept and category management is perceived, what is the growth revenue and possibilities.

o manage complaints in close cooperation with Company Quality.
o Verify solvency of customers and prospects.
