Personnel Administration:

- Manage all HR processes from onboarding to offboarding: hiring formalities, drafting contracts and amendments, benefits administration (healthcare, insurance), disciplinary actions, conflict management, and termination processes.

- Monitor working hours and absences using dedicated systems (setup, payroll integration, etc.).

Recruitment & Onboarding :

- Lead recruitment processes: identify needs, draft and publish job postings, conduct interviews, select candidates, and ensure onboarding.

- Maintain relationships with temp agencies and monitor temporary staffing levels.

Skills Development :

- Design and implement the training and skills development plan in alignment with site needs and Group strategy.

- Identify training needs, source providers, oversee training implementation, and evaluate outcomes.

Managerial Support & Change Management:

- Act as the HR point of contact for employees and managers: labor law guidance, conflict resolution, managerial support.

- Contribute to organizational development initiatives.

Payroll Management:

Overseepayrollfortwo legal entitiesincoordinationwiththeexternalprovider: collectandverifypayroll variables, control payslips, andensure legal compliance.

Labor Relations :

- Prepare and co-facilitate CSE (Social and Economic Committee) meetings with site leadership.

- Participate in collective agreement negotiations.

HR Reporting :

- Develop HR dashboards and performance indicators for both entities.

- Participate in quality audits and certification processes.

Cross-Functional Projects:

- Implement Group HR projects at local level.

- Actively contribute to continuous improvement and the overall HR strategy.

Requisitos mínimos

- Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.

- Minimum 6-8 years of generalist HR experience, including at least 4 years in an HR management role.

- It is essential to have experience in the industrial sector.

- Fluent in english

- Strong knowledge of labor law, social regulations, and applicable collective agreements.

- Familiar with HSE requirements in industrial (food) environments.

- Capable of leading meetings and performing HR data analysis.
