Multinational Pharmaceutical Company




This role will report to the Head of Global Commercial Excellence and will work hand in hand with the global business units, regions, and markets to run marketing & sales processes, deliver capabilities with global scale, and provide transparent and consistent insights on performance.


  • Works on sales strategy, customer segmentation, sales incentive planning and broadly sales effectiveness topics, as well as promotional content management.

  • Run specific company processes at Global, Regional and Country level (e.g., Content management, Sales incentive planning)

  • Enable efficient execution such as building a single way for the company to strengthen Global content to the extent possible, providing markets a seamless way of transcreation and localization and the creation and implementation of global toolkits.

  • Working with corporate functions to collect, consolidate and report metrics of performance, identifying trends / best practices and areas of optimization is an important part of your activity.

Requisitos mínimos

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience/qualification

  • Solid background in top-tier Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Commercial Operations or any relatable knowledge in Pharmaceuticals or Aesthetics

  • Postgraduate education in Business Management, General Management, or any relatable studies

  • More than 6 years in a similar role within an International Pharmaceutical Company

  • Handle complexity with ease and can distill unstructured data and information in clear, compelling problem statements

  • Highly analytical mindset and can problem solve effectively

  • Can build company-wide capabilities that drive cost-effective execution in an agile way, being comfortable to deliver and adjust quickly rather than one-time perfectly

  • Worked before cross functionally to implement corporate processes such as sales incentive planning, supporting country teams to deliver effectively

  • Can build executive-level presentation and have compelling storytelling abilities.

  • Advanced English level (C1)
