• Execute and manage all accounting entries for the Spanish entity and its subsidiaries.


• Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards.


• Handle monthly closings, journal entries, reconciliations, and audit preparation.


• Operate and optimize our ERP system, ideally Sage 200 Advanced.


• Lead process improvements and automation within the ERP environment.Supervise and execute payments to suppliers and vendors across all group entities.


• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices.


• Oversee and reconcile intercompany transactions and ensure accurate reporting for consolidation.


• Collaborate with the CFO and business teams to design and track key financial and operational KPIs.


• Support analytical processes to evaluate performance, costs, margins, and revenue trends.


• Contribute to financial planning and business model optimization.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial control, accounting, or similar roles.


• Strong accounting expertise.


• Hands-on experience with Sage 200 Advanced or other ERPs.


• Experience with group structures and intercompany accounting is highly desirable.


• Solid Excel / Google Sheets and data interpretation skills.


• English: B2 level or higher is required.


• Spanish fluency is mandatory.


• Ability to communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and external advisors (e.g. local accountants).


• Proactive and resourceful, with a genuine desire to learn and grow.


• Organised, self-motivated, and highly dependable.


• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
