COSTUMER SERVICE (Barcelona)

Your Role As a Customer Support Advisor for a leading travel company, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional experiences to our international travelers. Here’s what you’ll do:

Understand and identify customer needs with care and empathy.

Provide clear, accurate information about services, payments, and technical queries via email and phone.

Mediate between travelers and accommodation providers worldwide, ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

Languages: Native-level Spanish (C1-C2) and advanced English.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills.

Tech Skills: Proficiency in Office 365, CRM databases, and internal platforms.

Problem-Solving: A solution-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.

Adaptability: Comfortable with shifting priorities and processes.

Team Spirit: A collaborative, goal-driven approach.

Experience: Prior experience in customer service or contact centers is a plus.

Location Flexibility: Able to work both in-office and remotely (within 100km of the office).

What We Offer

* Temporary contract: renewable contract every two months
* Schedule: 38.5 h/s from monday to sunday (The shift will be based on availability)
* *Split shift: available from 9h to 20h
* *Afternoon shift: from 15 to 23h
* Salary: 18159.58€ b/a (38,5h/s)= 1650.87€ b/m
* Work on site
* Location: center of Barcelona
* Start: 10/02/2025 (training within the contract)
